ANALYSE: Study the prospect's existing systems and workflows. Take into account current and future requirements.
DEMONSTRATE: Prepare and deliver customised demos based on prospect needs, to convey the value proposition of the solution (software + service). Proposing solutions and options to implement these.
OFFER: Fill out RFPs and RFIs, within a tender or not. If necessary, define a POC as a test / trial phase. Make sure SLAs are communicated and adapted to the customer needs. Write the SOW to scope the service provided.
PLAN: Kick-off the implementation with all relevant partners (End-users, IT, Procurement, ...). Set deadlines and owners for the different parts of the project.
INTEGRATE: Implement the solution following best practices. Deliver regular and iterative improvements, from POC, to MVP, to fully productive installation. Always be able to roll back in case of issue.
HAND-OVER: Train users and get UAT approval. Deliver documentation on all systems. Distribute Documentation to the right stakeholders in the right format. Hand-over to support teams.
SUPPORT: Assist users when problems arise. Monitor and report on stability of processes. Survey customer satisfistaction. Analyse incidents and complaints.
UPDATE: Perform audits of architecture & productivity. Update each layer of the solution if and when necessary. Remove unnecessary obstacles in user's routine.
UPSELL: Offer new features and workflows to adapt to changing technology / HR / financial landscape. Engage all stakeholders for maximum satisfaction. Strive for users to enjoy their workflow & make them promoters of yours.
